Director of Residential Maintenance

Sansone Group, a full service commercial and residential real estate firm based in Clayton, is currently seeking a Director of Maintenance to oversee the residential maintenance department.  Ideal candidate will have a strong maintenance background and possess excellent supervisory & organizational skills.  Prior experience working in the Property Management industry preferred.  


Accounts Payable/Receivable

Sansone Group, a full service commercial real estate firm based in Clayton, is currently seeking a qualified candidate for an Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable position. We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented person with strong data entry, communication, time management and analytical skills to perform accounts receivable and accounts payable for commercial properties. Must have excel spreadsheet experience. Yardi and Timberline software experience a plus. B.S. degree preferred.


Residential Property Manager

Sansone Group, a full service commercial and residential real estate firm based in Clayton, is currently seeking a full time Residential Property Manager for a Market Rate community near SLU's campus. Ideal candidates must possess good communication and computer skills. Strong Market Rate experience required.


Residential Maintenance Technician

Sansone Group, a full service commercial and residential firm in Clayton, is currently accepting resumes for full and part time residential maintenance staff for entry level to supervisor. Ideal candidates will have knowledge of residential apartment maintenance, strong communication skills, ability to interact with tenants and vendors, good problem solving skills, and basic computer knowledge. 


Maintenance Coordinator

A full service commercial real estate firm is currently seeking a Maintenance Coordinator. Qualified candidate must have general office experience, strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team atmosphere. A few of the positions duties include: receiving and dispatching tenant calls for the commercial maintenance department, creating and managing contracts, providing Property Managers with daily logs, and organizing and processing departmental paperwork.
