Director - Capital Markets & Investor Relations

Sansone Group, a real estate firm based in Clayton, MO, is looking for a Director - Capital Markets & Investor Relations to join the team. This position is responsible for overseeing the company’s overall finances providing advice related to strategic and tactical matters involving budget management, cost-benefit analysis, forecasting needs and securing new funds as needed. This position provides leadership and management to the Corporate Accounting Department and is responsible for establishing and maintaining the company’s accounting principles, practices, procedures and initiatives. They will manage investor relations for our Development and Acquisition Department taking lead on banking and investor financing, supporting the creation of new entities as needed, and providing guidance and feedback on financial proformas as needed.


· Bachelors degree in finance or accounting
· CPA and/or MBA
· 5+ years experience, preferably in commercial real estate development and/or management or acquisitions
· Good organizational and people management skills
· Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in written form
· Basic knowledge of sound business practices
· Demonstrated effective supervisory and leadership skills
· Ability to demonstrate independent judgment and initiative

Corporate Controller

Sansone Group, a full service commercial and residential real estate firm in Clayton, MO is looking for a full time Controller to join their team. In this newly created role, the Controller is primarily responsible for managing the company’s overall finances, including financial planning, accounting, matters, financial budgeting and reporting. They are responsible for the execution, oversight and management of corporate accounting requirements, including full general ledger responsibility for Sansone Group LLC and related corporate entities. Controller oversees all accounting related Sansone Group reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Candidate must have 5-10 years progressive accounting experience with recent experience as a controller. They must be organized, a good communicator, with the ability to multi-task. Past management experience preferred.

Residential Property Manager

Sansone Group, a full service commercial and residential real estate firm based in Clayton, is currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our Residential Team. This position is located in the St. Louis area. Ideal candidate must possess good communication and computer skills. Section 8 and/or LIHTC experience required.

Commercial Property Accountant

Sansone Group, a commercial real estate firm in Clayton, MO is currently seeking a commercial property accountant to join our team. We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented individual to prepare monthly financial reporting packages. Individual will ensure accuracy of all general ledger information; including accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations. BS degree in accounting or equivalent experience. Experience in property management a plus; but are willing to train the correct individual.

Commercial Maintenance Technician

Sansone Group, a full service commercial real estate firm in Clayton, MO, has an immediate need for a Maintenance technician in our commercial property management department. Prior commercial maintenance experience in an office setting preferred. Must exemplify good customer service, work ethic, and communication.

Residential Maintenance Technician

Sansone Group, a full service commercial and residential firm in Clayton, is currently accepting resumes for full and part time residential maintenance staff for entry level to supervisor. Ideal candidates will have knowledge of residential apartment maintenance, strong communication skills, ability to interact with tenants and vendors, good problem solving skills, and basic computer knowledge.
