Railway Exchange Building sold

Florida-based real estate group Hudson Holdings has closed on its purchase of the Railway Exchange Building, one of the largest office buildings in the region that takes up an entire city block at 615 Olive St., in downtown St. Louis. It was formerly home to the Famous Barr department store and its executive offices, and later Macy’s, as well as Lewis Rice law firm.

Brandon Wappelhorst and Scott Savacool with Sansone Group brokered the deal on behalf of Yackey. John Warren of JLL represented Hudson Holdings.
