Dawn M. Owens

Director of Accounting/Human Resources

Ms. Owens supervises the Accounting and Human Resource Departments for Sansone Group. She is responsible for monthly residential financial reporting to owners and government agencies. She oversees annual residential audits, prepares annual property budgets and oversees the daily residential accounting functions. 

Ms. Owens reviews and supervises all HR functions including payroll and benefit administration, new employment and terminations, and administration of company policies. She reviews company expenses on a weekly basis and assists in annual employee event coordination. Dawn works closely with Sansone Group's principals to monitor company policies and research new ideas for the company. 

Ms. Owens joined Sansone Group in 1995. She has a B.S. degree from Western Illinois University.
