·    Ruby Tuesday (in process) – New long-term deal with replacement tenant and substantial increases

RESULT

We have improved center performance significantly in first year of ownership. The NOI increased 5.47% between 2014 (DDR’s last full year of operation) and our 2017 Budget (which includes the above transactions).
