She is a Certified Property Manager and member of BOMA and IREM and is a strong and empowering team leader who consistently delivers bottom-line results with uncompromising attention to customer service, integrity, resourcefulness, and current market knowledge.
With over 30 years of experience in the St. Louis market, Rena has provided strategic real estate management services to institutional and private capital owners. Her career has been built on handling complex financial transactions and creating quantifiable improvements in asset value for all her clients. Prior to Sansone Group, Rena was responsible for all property/facility management operations and client/tenant relations for Colliers, with approximately 10 million square feet of office, industrial and retail properties under management.
