Hai Cao brings more than ten years of experience in acquisition, development, and asset management to the team. Hai has been involved from the origination to the disposition of industrial development across the country. His role on the industrial development team includes underwriting proformas, scenario analysis, capital stack, debt origination, lease negotiation, distribution waterfall, and investor relations. He also participates in due diligence, entitlement, construction, occupancy, and potentially building disposition.
Hai oversees all areas of the development process, including land/building acquisition, capital partners and lenders, construction process, leasing, asset management, and property disposition.
