Glenn Flavin provides asset management services across our growing portfolio. In his 15 years in the commercial real estate industry, he has managed over 10+ million SF of complex assets such as Westport Plaza, a 42-acre mixed-use office, retail, and hotel park, and large real estate & facility portfolios across the Western and Eastern US regions for an international client.
Glenn ensures the investment strategy plan is being executed, including assisting with finances during construction, leasing strategy, and operations until disposition. Glenn also oversees investor communications for the company and assists our directors with debt financing of assets.
