Tim joined Sansone Group in 1987 as Director of Leasing of the Retail Division, became Vice President and is now Sr. Executive Director - Retail Leasing & Sales. Tim is responsible for retail leasing of Sansone owned assets and third party retail properties. These responsibilities are national, regional as well as local in his position with Sansone Group.

Tim has extensive experience in marketing retail space, negotiating leases and purchase/sale agreements. Over his 35 years in real estate, Tim’s success has been recognized by the St. Louis Business Journal, COSTAR, CORFAC International, and ICSC.
