Residential Resources for COVID-19

For Our Valued Residents, Sansone Group is monitoring the evolving Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic closely. Sansone Group recommends that the guidance from CDC and other officials be treated seriously. At present, CDC prevention information includes:

  • Wash hands often with soap and water for a minimum of 20 seconds. If soap and water are unavailable, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.
  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
  • Stay home when you are sick.
  • Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue away.
  • Frequently clean and disinfect touched objects and surfaces.
  • Limit visitors to your apartment home

In an effort to minimize the chance for exposure within our leasing offices, we are limiting resident contact to phone calls and email. All community rooms, business centers and fitness centers are temporarily closed until further notice.We encourage all residents to make their rental payments online at www.Rentpayment.com. Payments can be made with a personal check, money order, debit card or credit card. You can also mail your payment or use the drop box located at the entrance to the leasing office. A Message For Our Valued Residents

The coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has thrust our community into unknown territory. We recognize this is a frightening time and that many in our community have faced both health and economic impacts. We are here to help.

The last thing anyone wants is to lose a safe place to call home. Unfortunately, there has been misinformation circulating online and in the media about what the current crisis means for those who rent their homes. Our hope is to eliminate any confusion.

If you have suffered a job loss or other substantial loss of income due to the COVID-19 pandemic and are unable to pay rent, we encourage you to notify us as soon as possible to discuss potential alternative payment arrangements that may be made to accommodate your situation. Please be aware that if you do not contact us to let us know that you have been affected by COVID-19, we will not know that you may need assistance during these unprecedented times.

If you are not currently facing a COVID-19 related hardship, please continue to pay rent as usual. As employers, we want to ensure we are able to continue to support the personnel and staff who work every day to provide essential services to all residents. We are all in this together, and if we work together, we can weather this storm.

President Trump has signed into law a massive $2 trillion emergency economic package on Friday that includes direct cash payments and unemployment benefits, among other provisions, for people across the country. Individual payment of $1,200 for individuals and $2,400 for couples. The payments are reduced for individuals with incomes over $75,000 (or $150,000 for couples) and provides $500 per child. Maximum unemployment benefits will be increased by $600 per week, above what the State provides. You can find detailed information on the IRS website, https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus. We value all our residents and will support efforts by our leaders to help support members of our community during this pandemic.
