Sansone Group's multifamily division currently manages approximately 6,000 residential units throughout Missouri and the Midwest. Sansone Group has extensive experience working with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Missouri Housing Development Agency (MHDC) and various other state agencies. Our diverse residential portfolio includes mixed use, market rate, low income housing tax-credit (LIHTC), new market tax credit, historic tax credit, senior and disabled section 8 (202 and 221 D-4 HUD programs), layered section 8 and tax credit , family section 8, PRAC and PAC properties.
