Property Brochures

Commissioned in 1917 by Joseph Pulitzer II, this 8-story, Beaux Arts Classical style building served as the home of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch for over 40 years. Since it's inception, the St. Louis Post Dispatch became widely recognized as a forerunner of "crusading journalism", investigating and exposing many of the political and community issues of the time. They maintained a platform of advocacy for the people of St. Louis by pledging to serve no party but the people. During their occupation of this building, the publication was awarded 10 Pulitzer Prizes and the building was eventually inducted into the National Register of Historic Places in 1999. The building was purchased in 2017 and floors 4-8 are being converted into 1 & 2BR luxury lofts.

Front Page Lofts is conveniently located near SLU Law School, Midtown, Busch Stadium & Enterprise Center, Union Station, Stifel Theater and all of the shops and restaurants that downtown St. Louis has to offer as well as access to public transportation and hwys 44, 64, 55 and 70.

The units will feature a mix of exposed historic ceilings and modern amenities like stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, offering wonderful views on all four sides of the surrounding downtown area.
