Sansone Group has an accounting department fully devoted to commercial accounting. Our team is composed of Property Accountants, a Receivable Manager, Accounts Payable staff, a Staff Accountant, and a Controller overseeing the department. We have the ability to tailor our accounting services to each individual client’s needs. All members are experienced in using SAGE, Kardin, AppFolio, Yardi, and MRI software. Our accounting procedures have been developed over 60 years, providing a rich history that surpasses our institutional competitors. We specialize in budgeting, cash management, payables, billings and receivables, real estate tax, mortgages, and reserves.
