Ms. Ritz oversees the day-to-day functions of commercial and development accounting for all our commercial properties. Angie is responsible for monthly reporting to clients, including reviewing and processing accounts payable and accounts receivable and maintenance of the property’s general ledgers. Angie works directly with the property and portfolio managers on the commercial properties’ financial status, including budgets, cash flow reports, and tenant billings.
