David Schlegel

David Schlegel joined Sansone Group in June 2021 as a property coordinator for the Commercial Property Management team. In this role, he was responsible for minimizing delinquent rent and assisting with client and tenant relations. Most recently, Dave transitioned to his current role as a financial analyst for the Development & Acquisitions division. His responsibilities include underwriting potential deals, sourcing project financing, assisting with due diligence and entitlement, and participating in the closing process for acquisitions and dispositions.
