Deniz has worked in multiple facets of the legal and real estate industries over the last decade. Her property management experience includes contractual negotiation, legal coordination, leasing, collections, and property management of retail, industrial, office, and multi-use assets. Currently, she oversees the transition process from substantial completion to the continued management of all development projects. Throughout the development of an asset, Deniz focuses her efforts on pertinent joint venture, developer, and property documentation with an emphasis on close-out and contingency items, tenant-related deadlines, and landlord obligations.
