John has been working with Sansone Group since 2020. John’s relationship with Sansone Group started when John’s family business consulted with Sansone Group on several development projects.
John eventually joined Sansone Group as the Director of Construction. As Director of Construction, John managed development projects for several key partners including FedEx, Amazon, Costco and UNFI.
His role at the company continued to expand until he was named Chief Operating Officer in 2024.
John’s responsibilities include overseeing all Sansone Group operations and working closely with the Principals to implement business strategies and ensure organizational goals are met. John oversees numerous departments at Sansone Group and is the conduit for communication between the Principals and the rest of the company.
John relies heavily on the skills and experiences he learned as a college soccer player and team captain for Michigan State University soccer team. He has a passion for building relationships and leading people.
