John Brown

As a Director of Development & Acquisitions, John assumes the responsibility to manage, implement, and complete acquisition and development activities across the country. He manages land and building acquisitions from letter of intent through due diligence, financial modeling, capital structuring, and finally, closing. He also oversees pre-construction and construction activities with the assistance of project managers. John supports the development and acquisition leasing and asset management efforts and, once stabilized, coordinates transitions to property management and property disposition.
