Nick joined Sansone Group in 2017 and represents both tenants and landlords in the office markets. Nick annually completes over 70 lease and sales transactions valued at over $75 Million. Prior to joining Sansone Group, Nick worked in a corporate services capacity to renew, acquire, relocate, and open new offices for a Fortune 1000 company. Nick’s position entailed overseeing site selection, lease negotiations, construction, and ensuring the offices were operational within the required time frame.
