Ryan has experience and depth in market research, underwriting, and analysis. Since 2019, Ryan has proven to be a key player in Sansone Group’s Development & Acquisitions team, as well as doing brokerage work across asset types, including retail, office, and industrial. Prior to Sansone Group, Peacock was an analyst for Vitaligent, a holding company that is the largest franchisee of Jamba Juice and owner of quick-service restaurant chains. He also gained experience at Mettle Midstream Partners. He assisted in drilling and pipeline analysis and conducted market research on competing firms and natural gas hubs for potential pipeline acquisitions. Ryan is interested in advocating for global safe building standards and material procurement. He also collects rare and significant books and documents and enjoys spending time working out and playing tennis.
