Sansone Group acquires large industrial facility in Indianapolis

St. Louis-based Sansone Group, along with partner CenterSquare Investment Management, acquired a 424,849-square-foot industrial property in Indianapolis.

The property is located at 7520 Georgetown Road. It is part of a 40-million-square-foot master-planned industrial park. The park has an occupancy of 98 percent.

The building contains 19,417 square feet of office space and 37 dock doors, including one drive-in door. It has 43 trailer parking spaces and 594 parking spaces.

Newmark Knight Frank is handling the leasing at the property, along with Sansone Group brokerage. Duke Secured Financing 2009-1ALZ, LLC was the seller. Vince Bajardi and Jake Corrigon sourced this deal and brokered the acquisition for Sansone Group and CenterSquare.
