Expansion brings Clayton Executive Center to 100% occupancy
ST. LOUIS, MO — May 11, 2026 — Stanton Road Capital (SRC) and Sansone Group announced today that ARCO National Construction, has leased all remaining vacancy at Clayton Executive Center I, bringing the property to 100% occupancy. With this expansion, ARCO now occupies the entire building, reinforcing its long-term commitment to the area. Clayton Executive Center is owned by an affiliate of Stanton Road Capital, a national real estate investment management firm. The lease transaction was completed on behalf of ownership by Sansone Group’s office brokerage team.
ARCO initially leased approximately 60,000 square feet at Clayton Executive Center I and is now expanding by an additional 35,000 square feet, bringing its total footprint to approximately 95,000 square feet.
Located at 7930 Clayton Road, Clayton Executive Center consists of two office buildings that offer strong visibility from I-170 and a strategic location within the Clayton submarket. The property is now fully leased across both Clayton Executive Center I and II by anchor tenants ARCO and SSM Health.
SRC and ACRO have a long-standing relationship with the construction firm responsible for several significant tenant build-outs and property improvement projects across SRC’s national portfolio, including the recent completion of several new amenities at the Deloitte Building in downtown St. Louis.
ARCO’s expansion comes at a time of continued growth for the company, driven by a strong nationwide project pipeline and increasing demand across a diverse range of product types and markets.
