Over the past decade, Kingery has successfully closed billions of dollars in transactions, led Colliers’ North American Food & Beverage Practice Group, and served as the Global Director for one of their largest accounts. His extensive portfolio of activity includes ground-up developments for factories, traditional, automated, and cold chain distribution centers, as well as office space and surplus asset repositioning.
