Former Sunset Ford part of redevelopment site

The former home of Sunset Ford is part of a site available for redevelopment on Gravois Road in Sunset Hills.

Sansone Group brokers Grant Mechlin and Mark Kornfeld handled the sale for the owner to Midwest Regional Bank, which was represented by Balke Brown Transwestern. The 5.5-acre property had been in the hands of the family-owned car dealership for 100 years. The site is adjacent to Sunset Ford’s current home at Gravois and South Lindberth Boulevard.
