Lou Fusz Soccer Club has leased the former practice facility of the St. Louis Rams, which has sat vacant since March 2016 after the team moved to Los Angeles.A formal announcement is expected at a press conference on Thursday. CBRE represented Lou Fusz in the deal. The Sansone Group was marketing the property on behalf of the Regional Convention & Sports Complex Authority (RSA), which owns the property.
