A potential new housing development in The Hill neighborhood of St. Louis may soon be replacing a dangerous abandoned building that has been vacant for decades. The Sansone Group, a local real estate development company, and their partners, Draper & Kramer have been working for months with the Hill 2000 Neighborhood Association to tear down an abandoned warehouse in the 4900 block of Daggett Avenue.
