Orangetheory Fitness coming to Fenton

Orangetheory Fitness, an interval training center, is adding a new location in Fenton.

The fitness gym has leased 2,975 square feet of space at Dierbergs Fenton Crossing, located at 528 Old Smizer Mill Road. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The Fenton location of Orangetheory Fitness is expected to open later this year, General Manager Chris Jaeger said.

Dierbergs Fenton Crossing is located near the Gravois Road and Highway 141 intersection. The shopping center is owned by Sansone Group, which developed the property in the 1990s.

Orangetheory Fitness marks the third deal in the past six months at Dierbergs Fenton Crossing, Tim Cherre of Sansone Group said. Other recent deals include leases for The Post Sports Bar & Grill and Dollar Tree. The three deals total a combined 17,392 square feet at the shopping center.

Cherre and Tim McFarland of the Sansone Group were the brokers for the three deals. The addition of Orangetheorgy Fitness, The Post and Dollar Tree will provide a new synergy and customer base at Dierbergs Fenton Crossing, Cherre said.

In addition to Fenton, a new Orangetheory Fitness location is coming soon to Cottleville, With the two additions, there will be 10 Orangetheory Fitness locations in the St. Louis area, according to the company’s website.
