Sansone Group has promoted Executive Vice President Sharon Litteken and two others as the Clayton real estate firm doubles down on long-term growth opportunities.

Litteken, a 40-year veteran of the firm, will now be responsible for the due diligence of the acquisitions and dispositions of Sansone’s third-party assets and will retain her title as executive vice president.

Samantha Gauch was appointed executive director and takes over Litteken’s previous role of overseeing commercial property management.

Pamela Bufalino was promoted to director of commercial property management and will oversee Sansone’s commercial property portfolio and its commercial property managers.

“They have shown a passion for both the business and the company. That’s important to us because it’s our family name,” Principal Jim Sansone said. “They’ve just done exceptional work for our company. and they’re three primary leaders within our company.”

The women’s promotions follow the May appointment of Scott Savacool to director of operations. Savacool has been with Sansone Group for 14 years.

The company is led by Chairman and CEO Anthony Sansone Sr. Jim Sansone serves as principal along with his brothers Tim, Doug and Nick Sansone.
