The former home of Sunset Ford, 11816 Gravois Road, has been sold to Midwest Regional Bank, which plans to build a branch at the location. The 5.5-acre property, which includes the original Sunset Ford building on Gravois at Sappington Barracks Road, had been in the hands of the Heutel family since 1900. The site is adjacent to Sunset Ford’s current home at Gravois and South Lindbergh Boulevard.

Broker Mark Kornfeld of the Sansone Group represented the seller. In addition to the sale of the 5.5 acre property, Sansone is currently marketing 3.5 acres of Sunset Ford property for lease on Lindbergh Boulevard, also adjacent to Sunset Ford.
